This on the quebec music scene for over 25 years, Daniel Bélanger, never ceases to amaze the public with his albums the tones varied.
On his latest opus, entitled Paloma, the Spanish word which means “dove”, it shows his soul a traveller through ten pieces representing as many flights.
Leading us-sometimes in an ice Age where the heart contracts in order to better reinvent, Daniel Bélanger takes us to the infinitely small where the seeker of beauty means and experience the freedom of (A), as well as to the intention that we must never give up (there is so much to do).
Paloma, it is also an alternation of shots of blood (Metamorphosis), caresses (One two three, I will have forgotten everything) and dives inland at the end of which the individual finds himself at the threshold of another day (All will be clear).
All these melodies are carried by electric guitars, biting, a chorus of air and a cloth rhythmic ingenious. In his new tour, Daniel Belanger revisits its greatest hits, such as Opium, get me Out of me, and Dream better.
Daniel Bélanger will climb on stage on Friday 30 march at 20h at the Cabaret Lovers in Saint-Georges. Tickets are $ 55 (cabaret) and $ 50 (standing) at the ticket office of the Lovers of the Stage (11740, 3rd Avenue), by phone at 418 228-2455 or on the site of the Lovers of the Stage.
