Vallee prefers video games, denounces LANEQ

Quebec lawyers and notaries (LANEQ) argue that the Minister of Justice, Stephanie Vallee, enjoyed a video game rather than taking an interest in the debates on the special act.

In an interview with Benoit Dutrizac, a spokesperson for LANEQ, Mr. Francois Desroches-Lapointe, read an email received by one of his members who spent the night in the stands of the Salon Bleue.

“… And a few minutes later, she grabbed her iPad and started playing a game that looked just like the Bubble Crush game. (…) I am convinced of what I saw. I’m deeply disgusted. ”

The spokesperson believes that, despite her remarks, the minister does not show much respect for lawyers. “We are talking about the Minister of Justice who, during a debate in the House at the Salon Bleu, during an important debate on lawyers, when she knows we have lawyers on the top, plays video games, Denounced Mr. Desroches-Lapointe. This is completely unacceptable. “
